Vision Statement
Regional Creations plans to continue physical expansion throughout the United States, with a vision of having at least one representative in every state. They have a firm belief that it is important to provide in-person planning and organization with the client to give them the best possible experience in designing and building up their website from scratch. Regional Creations has expanded from servicing local businesses to creating corporate sized web solutions from all over the United States.

Strengths; WE DO NOT OUTSOURCE! Within the first year Regional Creations acquired a partner in another state and began to build a well thought plan. Advertising expanded their name throughout the United States. Most Web Development companies do not provide in-person planning and organization, providing Regional Creations with a big advantage in the web development market.
Weaknesses; Our weakness is the same as our strength, WE DO NOT OUTSOURCE! Web development has grown to be a large industry and eventually began outsourcing the majority of the web development industry. Prices in outsourced work has forced Regional Creations to lower their prices and can only be restored by providing better, more advanced solutions. So our only weakness is for your personal gain.
Opportunities; Regional Creations has began it’s mission in a downward spiraling economy, but they have more of a chance than those who were already here and firmly rooted because they can adjust their mission statement as needed and understand what prices businesses can and are willing to pay.
Threats; Regional Creations has a lot of competition. Some competitors have created automated products for their clients at extremely low prices but with that comes a lack of quality and expansion… DO NOT BE FOOLED!
Industry Analysis
Web Development is a vast industry that doesn’t require in-person communication nor any tangible products. Regional Creations has brought back the in-person planning and organization, they believe, will become a standard, once again in this market, giving clients more confidence in expanding their businesses into the Internet’s perspective of marketing.
Target markets
Our target market has 4 levels; Personal, Non-profit, Small Businesses, and Corporations. Regional Creations understands a personal website shouldn’t be priced the same way a business website is priced.
Personal; the personal market includes web sites for those who are planning to operate a blog or something along those lines.
Non-profit; the non-profit market includes businesses with no intention of making money such as churches.
Small Businesses; the small business market focuses on startup businesses and small businesses.
Corporations; the corporate market includes corporations that plan on launching a very large web platform for their clients and product catalogues or stores.
Marketing Program
With Web Development being as vast of an industry as it is, Regional Creations has targeted in-person communication as it’s strategy providing a more professional touch to developing websites. They feel it is important to have a hands-on experience and have the ability to see updates on demand.
Regional Creations has chosen to lower their prices and target different markets with different prices to not only ensure reaching out to more clients but providing them with a more affordable solution without losing the quality that is lost with automated website software that continues to pop up. Many fall for this automation because it is extremely affordable. To encourage more businesses to participate in the complete experience of building and owning a website, Regional Creations has taken many steps to adjust expectations in the Web Development process.
Promotions
Target markets; Separate markets – Personal, Non-profit, Small Businesses, and Corporations allow more clients at prices they can afford.
6 Month Start Up Promotion; Businesses start up all of the time and many do not make it, but for the time being, they’re in business, it’s still a must to have a website available to their clients and/or consumers. Paying a website off over a period of time allows the business to have a website with the ability to pay off their site over a period of time and not paying all up front.
Pre-existing Clients Promotion; to encourage returning customers, providing a discount and waving setup costs to pre-existing clients encourages them to launch more websites for either a more specific topic or a sub-categorization of their business or corporation.
